I like to make bbq shredded pork sandwiches. Super easy, cheap and yummy! :) Great with some potato salad on the side. Here's the recipe I use...

INGREDIENTS

1 (14 ounce) can beef broth

3 pounds boneless pork ribs

1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce

DIRECTIONS

Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker, and add boneless pork ribs. Cook on High heat for 4 hours, or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat, and shred with two forks. It will seem that it's not working right away, but it will.

Put the shredded pork back into the crockpot and mix with the barbecue sauce and heat on high until heated through.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, marinated in 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. marinate in fridge at least one hour. grill on bbq. Slice and add chicken to your favorite salad veggies. I love mine with honey mustard dressing.....so refreshing.
cook a pork roast in the crock pot with pork boullion (from the oodles of noodles packages) and when done put on hamburger rolls all shredded up pork and top with bbq sauce......
