You'll need at least 4 large bags of fresh spinach..at least 20 cups. (I admit, I'm guessing). You'd be better of going to market and buying the frozen. One pound of fresh spinich will yeild 1 cup cooked or 5 ounces. figure how many ounces are in the frozen variety and go from there. Realistically, it may be more cost effective to use the frozen spinich. a boatload because spinach just wilts right down. Frozen is delisious and nutriciuos and probably more cost effective as well.
It's A LOT. I don't know how much but it takes a lot. Try cooking one bag of spinach and see what you end up with. Not much.
