I'd say a teaspoon.

oh, two cloves minced is about a spoon's worth of garlic. If you like garlic feel free to use a touch more than that.

If you're using the pre-minced garlic from the jar, I'd suggest using a bit more. I always do. I found that the stuff in the jar isn't as flavorful as fresh garlic. Good luck to you!
Buy the garlic whole when you buy it you will see that you can open like a flower those are your cloves. just use two of those in your recipe.
1/2 tsp equals 1 clove, so u would need 1 tsp. If ur using jarred garlic it usually has an equivalancy chart on the back of label
