Pretty easy. Freeze 2 fillet Mignon steaks. They can thaw out during the day and be ready for dinner. Take some asparagus and a couple of potatoes.


1. Boil potatoes(cut in chunks) until almost done. Remove from water.


2.) In same water cook asparagus


3. While asparagus cooks, cook steaks in a fry pan.


4. When steaks are done remove from pan, add butter to pan with meat residue. Finish off potatoes in the butter/juice mixture


This is easy to pack, easy to cook, and will taste like an expensive steak-house meal.

I like to marinate chicken in italian dressing and then grill it... some fresh fruit and maybe some grilled corn and should be pretty tasty and romantic....
